The date I first contacted Publish America about publishing the book that the Holy Ghost inspired me to write which I entitled The Haunting of Downing Chapel.
September 6th, 2007
The date Publish America invited me to send them the manuscript of The Haunting of Downing Chapel so they could review it to see if they would be interested in publishing the book
September 7th, 2007
The date Publish America informed me they had received the manuscript and that they would be in contact with me in about 2 weeks.

The date Publish America announced to me they were interested in publishing The Haunting of Downing Chapel.

Publish America sent a sample contract via e-mail for me to consider. I e-mailed them back and agreed to the terms of the contract.
September 12th, 2007
Publish America informed me they were drafting 2 hard copies of the agreed upon contract and would be sending them by U.S. mail. One copy would be for my records and the other copy was for me to sign and return to them.
September 18th, 2007
Publish America sent the hard copies of the contract.
September 21st, 2007
We received the 2-hard copies of the publishing contract. I signed both copies and my wife witnessed them with her signature. We then sent Publish America's signed copy of the contract back to them.
September 24th, 2007
Publish America received their signed copy of the publishing contract that we sent back to them.
September 25th, 2007
I received confirmation from Publish America that they had received the signed-contract from us.

Publish America sent us an Author's Questionnaire. We were informed that we had 2 weeks to fill it out and send it back to them. I replied that I would start working on it.
September 29th, 2007
We returned the Author's Questionnaire with the items they requested which included the manuscript (with many of the errors corrected), the Author's Biography, the Book Synopsis, other pertinent information, and a list of 100 contact names which Publish America will send announcement letters to.
October 1st, 2007
I received confirmation from Publish America that they had received the Author's Questionnaire that I had filled out along with the attachments they requested.
October 5th, 2007
I received an e-mail from Publish America advising me that their Direct Mail Letter Announcement that will be sent to the list of names that I gave them will be created after the book is published. They also said the manuscript was progressing through the publication process without any complications.
They further advised me that the manuscript had moved to their text production department where it was waiting to be assigned to an editor.
October 12th, 2007
I received word from Publish America that they had done a close review of the manuscript and felt that it would benefit greatly if I would revise it before being edited. There were certain issues that needed addressed so they could publish the cleanest book possible.
October 22nd, 2007
I sent Publish America the revised manuscript after addressing the issues that needed corrected. The manuscript is now being edited by Publish America and I am awaiting the proofs they will be sending to me.
November 19th, 2007
I received the proofs of the manuscript from Publish America today. I have 2 weeks to review them and make any changes that I might see they need. This is the final draft and the manuscript is then sent to the printers.
November 23rd, 2007
After reviewing the proofs of the manuscript, I sent the recommended changes to Publish America. The proofs will now go to the text department where they will be set to type and the printing of the manuscript will begin.
I am now ready to receive and review the front cover page. After I approve the cover page the book enters the final stage of printing and I should have the two complimentary author's copies in about a month.
The Haunting of Downing Chapel should be on the book stands nationwide in January, 2008. HALLELUJAH!!
November 26th, 2007
Publish America sent me the manuscript with the different points I had noted and corrected them. I e-mailed them back and told them I was satisfied with the corrected manuscript and it has been sent to the printer. I am now awaiting the front cover design, which should arrive in about a week and if I approve it, the book will be on the bookstands in about 6 weeks.

Publish America sent me the front cover and the back cover design of the book. I e-mailed them back and told them I was delighted with the design. I received a confirmation from them that the book is being produced and will be sent to Barnes and Nobel soon.

We had an interview with radio station WCHO on this date. Brian Wolf was the host and we talked about the book and the proceeds being dedicated to God to help us build a new church at the House of Prayer located at 1230 Washington Avenue in Washington C.H., Ohio
