I just want the staff at the Record Herald to know how much I appreciate the article. It was an outstanding article indeed! I say this not because it was about me, but because after trying to write myself, I now recognize when something has been written well. Your newspaper published the article without asking for anything in return.
You simply did it out of your generosity and kindness. Too many times, we in America ask, “What’s in it for me?” and this may be part of the problem we are facing in America today.
I was born and raised in Washington C. H. and our city has almost as much to offer as the large cities, and yet we have managed to retain a small town atmosphere. I am proud to say that
