We originally were going to renew our wedding vows on March 6th, but it was a spur of the moment thing and we were not prepared. In the year of our Lord, 2001 I almost lost Penny and so I want to do it up right and make this day special for Penny. By postponing the event until April 3rd, it will give us time to make proper plans.
Yes sir, Us-ens are 'Readedicatin' and 'Reavowin.' Penny wants me to dress up all spiffy like and so's I may get me one of them store-bought sweaters with a tie printed on it. Ain't nothin too good for this women of mine. ha--If God ever takes the humor out of me I'll probably die.

Penny, I give you this Bible as my token of love for you. We have built our home on this precious Word of God and God has been pleased to dwell with us. May it always be so.

Penny, we have been through sickness and health, richer and poorer, through the good times and the bad times and yet our love for one another has neither faltered or failed.
Therefore, the ring I now give you is beyond price; it cannot be bought with silver or gold because it is a gift from God. The ring I give you is the eternal ring of love I wear around my heart for you. May you now always wear that ring around your heart also.
